These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nusa Penida Travel website and your booking of any tour or transport service with us. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us.
- Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include the services listed in your itinerary.
- Full payment may be required to secure peak-season dates.
Cancellations & Refunds

| Less than 24 hours | No refund |
Tours cancelled by us due to unsafe weather are fully refundable or may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Your Responsibilities
- Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
- Follow all safety instructions given by your guide.
- Ensure you have appropriate travel insurance for adventure activities.
Liability
We take every reasonable precaution for your safety, but participation in island activities is at your own risk. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
