Booking & Payment

How do I book a tour?

Choose a tour, pick your date, and send us a request through the booking form or WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and send a written confirmation within a few hours.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. Payments are processed securely; we never store your full card details.

On the Day

What should I bring?

We recommend:

• Comfortable shoes and swimwear
• Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses
• A waterproof bag for your phone and valuables

Is transport included?

Yes. All primary tour packages include fast-boat transfers from Bali and private land transport on the island.

Tours & Safety

Are the tours suitable for children?

Most tours are family-friendly. Some clifftop viewpoints involve steep stairs, so let us know your group’s ages and we’ll tailor the itinerary.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your tour or issue a full refund.
